Regulations and requirements
It is difficult to determine the applicable rules, deadlines, and obligations for a specific product category.
We build a unified product labeling process in Kazakhstan by connecting product data, codes, 1C:ERP, and equipment, with AI‑powered automation for data processing.

MANDATORY LABELING
For certain product categories, labeling is mandatory in Kazakhstan. It enables products to be identified and their movement tracked using a unique Data Matrix code.
To comply with labeling requirements, companies need to prepare product data, obtain the required identifiers and codes, apply labeling codes to products, and submit product movement data to the information system.

Printing and applying the code to the product

MARKET CHALLENGES
In many companies, labeling is spread across multiple systems, files, and teams. Errors arise not at a single point, but where product data, documents, ERP systems, and manual operations intersect.
It is difficult to determine the applicable rules, deadlines, and obligations for a specific product category.
Errors and incomplete data arise when product records are created and maintained.
Identifier mismatches cause errors at subsequent stages of the process.
Code quantities, statuses, and usage must be monitored manually.
Excel files, PDFs, invoices, customs documents, and 1C all exist separately from one another.
Errors occur in acceptance and transfer documents, waybills, electronic invoices, and related operations.
Printing, scanning, aggregation, and warehouse operations require separate control.
Responsibility is spread across teams, with no unified view of the shipment.
Without automation, a company effectively assembles every shipment manually: files, product records, codes, documents, confirmations, and statuses.
Downtime, repeated checks, and reliance on individual specialists.
Document rework, returns, and additional costs.
Incomplete information, incorrect statuses, and non-compliance with requirements.
Delays in deliveries and outbound shipments, along with slower partner coordination.
OUR PRODUCT
MarkFlow is a unified digital layer for managing product data, documents, labeling codes, shipments, and integrations.
The platform connects NKT and GS1, Kazakhstani and Russian labeling systems, 1C:ERP, customs files, warehouse operations, and equipment, while AI Agent automates the processing and structuring of source data.
Each shipment becomes a manageable digital object—with products, codes, documents, packaging, statuses, and responsible parties.
Tools for managing product data, labeling codes, documents, shipments, warehouse operations, integrations, and process monitoring.
Create and manage product records, work with GTIN and NTIN, and monitor attributes, duplicates, and the completeness of product data.
AI Agent extracts and structures data from PDF, Excel, Word, images, and other source files, helps populate product records, and prepares data for further processing.
Work with invoices, customs declarations, packing lists, and specifications. Match product lines to the catalog and control shipment data.
Built-in label designer, preparation of layouts and codes for printing, and localization of mandatory consumer information for imported goods in Kazakh and Russian.
Automated ordering, receipt, storage, and control of codes by product, batch, or shipment. Track statuses from order to use.
Receive, scan, move, and ship labeled goods, and aggregate their codes across item → case → pallet levels.
Synchronize product catalogs and reference data; work with acceptance and transfer documents, waybills, electronic invoices, and code and document statuses.
Integrations with Kazakhstan and Russian labeling infrastructure, external systems, and the client’s corporate software:

SERVICES
We cover key labeling needs — from software and equipment to systems integration and process support.
We implement MarkFlow and automate workflows for product data, codes, documents, and shipments.
We select printers, scanners, data collection terminals, and industrial equipment for printing, applying, and controlling codes.
We connect MarkFlow with 1C:ERP, labeling systems, NKT, GS1, warehouse operations, and the client’s existing IT infrastructure.
We analyze requirements and legislative changes, translate regulations into specific actions, and support engagement with labeling operators. After launch, we provide technical and regulatory support.
HOW WE WORK
We design the solution around your company’s processes, connect the required systems, and support the transition into live operation.
We review the product catalog, processes, 1C:ERP, warehouse operations, shipments, equipment, and labeling requirements.
We define the target process, assign responsibilities, and configure MarkFlow, integrations, and equipment.
We validate the process on a pilot batch, record issues, and refine settings before production launch.
We train users, hand over instructions, launch the operational process, and provide ongoing support.
PROJECTS
We deliver labeling automation projects for import, manufacturing, warehousing, and sales—from configuring product data to integrating equipment and accounting systems.
Materials will be added after approval from our clients.
